Okay, but Kaneki and Kanae have a lot of similarities:

• Their mothers were really important to them.

• Kaneki’s parents died when he was little. The same thing happened to Kanae. Also, both of them were 10 years-old when that happened.
  
• Both of them had to live with the family of their uncle/aunt/first cousin. Kaneki with his mother’s sister, her husband and Yuuichi. Kanae with Mirumo and Shuu.
• Both of them were tortured by the Aogiri Tree.
  
• Both of them are rinkaku ghouls.
• This is a little weird but… Kaneki is 169.5cm and weights 58kg. Kanae is 168cm and weights 57kg. They’re also almost the same height/weight.

I wonder if this means something??
